| SCHEMES |
The first three buildings delivered by the LIFT Company are Low Moor Medical Centre, Westbourne Green Community Health Care Centre and Haworth Medical Practice. The second wave of buildings include Thornbury Medical Centre, Undercliffe Health Care Centre and Hillside Bridge Health Care Centre.
Each facility is home to a range of services delivered by GP Practices and Bradford and Airedale Teaching Primary Care Trust (tPCT). They have been positioned in areas where other benefits to the local community have been realised, whether that be through additional residential housing developments or as a community focus for additional local investment in the area. All six buildings are now fully operational and have been well received by those who work in them and those who use them as a patient or client.
The Strategic Services Development Plan (SSDP2), published in August 2005 by the Strategic Partnering Board (SPB), sets out a number of definite proposals for schemes which are to be procured between 2005 – 2010.
A number of those schemes are currently in the design and planning stages and can be viewed on the Future Projects page.
