Bradford & Airedale Care Partnerships Ltd, the trading name of the local LIFT company, is a special joint venture that has been set up to deliver the LIFT initiative across the district.

LIFT stands for 'Local Improvement Finance Trust', a nationally delivered programme designed to improve and modernise health and social care facilities within areas of greatest need.

The LIFT company works alongside the newly established Bradford & Airedale teaching Primary Care Trust (tPCT) to ensure that a range of local primary care facilities are designed, located and developed in line with service and estate strategies.
